Place the unwashed and unworn items back in their original packaging with all BABYGO® tags still attached to ensure a smooth processing.

Label and Post

Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
